The Team

People most often think the most important part of our race program is the "Racecar" or "Driver". Actually its not, it is the people that surround the car and driver.

The Fans: Without their support there would be no races to race our racecar. Fans are always stopping by to see our racecar in the pits and they are always welcome. We appreciate their support.

The Sponsors: Their stickers appear on our car. Without funding, the hi-tech parts, and their technical abilities we would also not be able to do this. Please pay special attention to the names of the companies that appear on our car, if the opportunity arises call them for your own performance needs and mention you saw them on our car.

Last, but not least!...

The Team: From the drivers perspective yours truly, "Wild" Bill Devine and I will quote:

"My team is everything to me, they are the ones that do all the work from start to finish, they drive the rig, load and unload the car, work on the car before during and after a race, stay up late looking at data on a work night, spend countless hours trying to figure out how to make our car safer, faster, more consistent, and dependable. I can not say enough about a group of folks that have a thankless job. They do all the work and I get all the credit."

Please feel free to stop by and speak with any of our team members.

Take a moment to read about them and their duties below.

Thanks,

Cheryl Devine: Cheryl's been racing for 20 plus years she also carries a huge mechanical and technical background. Cheryl handles and prepares the data recorder before and after a pass, the parachutes, clutch access, fuel, wheelie bars She also puts Bills R3 neck restraint on and straps him before a pass.

Dave Hall: Dave has a very long history in performance turbochargers building and design (Bullseye Power). Dave's responsibilities include checking the track conditions, putting the car in the groove and pre race strategy before a pass is made, he also handles all turbo maintenance and design.

Errol Mcollum: Errol's specialty is custom fabrication. Errol from TPS (Total Performance and Service) handles all major fabrication work on Bills car and also handles tuning the fuel injection while maintaining on board computer systems.

Steve Flanagan: Steve an electrical engineer by trade. Steve maintains and interprets all race track data working closely with Errol to assure every detail is given the teams full attention. When it comes to interpreting data there is no one better.

Dave Frenzel: Dave has been racing in all types of motorsports for many years. Dave tows Bill back from a pass. Dave can also be found rotating tires or putting the car on jack stands between rounds so it can be prepared for its next journey.

Brian Birhanzl: Having his own fast cars combined with super mechanical skills has made Brian a great addition to the team! Brian can usually be found under the car between rounds taking the clutch and transmission apart to prepare it for the next journey down the quarter mile, Brian also works with Dave between rounds.

Luke Presnell: Luke has been racing mustangs for several years and is quite familiar with the challenges of a racecar that is overpowered like our Mustang. Lukes responsibilities include engine diagnosis, gear changes, disassembly and reassembly and he also assists Dave  while on track.

Cory Canipe:  With a long history of public relations and good people skills Cory came aboard and filled the void the team was in need of. Cory handles the teams public relations which include interacting with sponsors, making sure the team has sponsorship and to see that the sponsors get the proper coverage that they deserve. He also interacts with the fans as he can be found on site at our pit.
